In cases of emergency crisis, citizens can visit the Accident and Emergency Departments of the public hospitals of the State Health Services Organisation (OKYPY), which operate 24 hours a day.

For ongoing support and treatment, the Mental Health Services of OKYPY are available, as well as the programmes of the Cyprus National Addictions Authority (NAAC). These include counselling centres and specialised programmes for adults and young people.
